I found this village full of potters and aptly named “The potter’s village” by coincidence and was curios if they would show me their work process or simply try and sell their wares but I was positively surprised when this man offered to walk me through the whole process even though it was a religious holiday – and most Romanians definitely do not work on these days as it is supposed to be a sin and/or bad luck.
The village has plenty of potters, the business running in their families for generations. You can just knock on their doors and they’ll gladly show you their wares and give you a live demonstration.
