The Stadsaal Caves

The story behind the picture

This is an HDR of the Stadsaal Caves from the Cederberg Wilderness Area taken on a short trip with my friend Django. The area is simply beautiful, a lot of red rock around, some original cave paintings to be found nearby and a very good wine that is available at Sanddrif, next to Dwarsrivier. There is lots more to be seen as its a great area for hiking: notable landmarks include the Maltese Cross, Wolfberg Arch and Wolfberg Cracks.
